What if I am not satisfied with the items that I purchase?

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for exchange or credit. The amount of credit or refund you receive depends on when you purchased the item.

Returned items must be in new and saleable condition. Items returned to us damaged, used, or not saleable condition will be charged a restocking fee. We only reimburse postage on items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

What if I receive items that are damaged?
If the item(s) that you receive are damaged (torn pages, broken CDs) please send us an email or call us at 269-695-1800 with details of the damaged item(s). Please do not throw away the original packaging until we determine if we need to file a claim.
What if I receive items that are defective? If the items that you receive are defective (pages missing from a book, etc.) please send us an email or call us at 269-695-1800 to arrange for a replacement.
What if I receive the wrong items or something that I didn't order? If the items that you receive are wrong or something that you didn't order please send us an email or call us at 269-695-1800. Please do not throw away the original packaging until we determine if we need to file a claim.
