What if I am not satisfied with the items that I purchase? |
If
you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30
days for exchange or credit. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged after 30
days. Items returned must be in saleable condition. Items not in new and saleable condition may also be charged the 15% restocking fee. We only reimburse postage
on items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. |

What if I receive items that are damaged? | If
the item(s) that you receive are damaged (torn pages, broken CD or cassette cases,
etc.) please send us an email or call us at 269-695-1800
with details of the damaged item(s). Please do not throw away the original
packaging until we determine if we need to file a claim. |

if I receive items that are defective? | If
the items that you receive are defective (new cassette tapes snapping the first
time played, new CDs that skip, book bindings that fall apart on first opening,
etc.) please send us an email or call us at 269-695-1800
to arrange for a replacement. |

the items that you receive are wrong or something that you didn't order please
