What do a circus performer, old journal, fireworks, and a princess have in common?
Discovered is an imaginative new story that teaches children the importance of obeying authority in a fun, memorable way. An excellent example of creative writing by a young new author from Life Action Ministries, this adventure is family-friendly.
Claire's life is pretty average. She goes to an average school, has an average family, and spends much of her time at the town's less-than-average library... where, by the way, she has read almost every book. But everything changes when she stumbles into a secret room. Inside is nothing but a worn journal recounting adventure, mayhem, acrobats, and pie—things Claire knows almost nothing about.
But Kaden is bored with his life of back-flipping off elephants and taking fifty-foot dives into ice-cold circus pools. Growing up in the Crossland Circus might sound fun, but when your over-protective uncle is the Ringleader, it can be a drag. Thankfully, Kaden is making new (very, very tall) friends. Unfortunately, he realizes too late that their motives are far from good, and they may be leading Kaden to his doom.
Is Kaden's fate sealed? Will Claire be able to survive another day of P.E.? Does Kaden have what it takes to prove he is a serious stunt performer? Can Claire's life possibly stay average after reading this strange boy's ragged book of tales?
