While out walking a dog, Adam notices a shaggy, thin pony standing alone in a field. Day after day he sees the same lonely pony. The kids in the Pet Rescue Club discover that the pony used to be the companion to a racehorse. But now the racehorse has retired, the owner has no use for the little pony.
